A hand-blown smoked-glass globe on an inverted gold-metal cone base. The shape is organic, slightly asymmetric — each piece differs from the next by the nature of the blowing process. Off, it's a collector's object. On, the light filters through the grey-brown glass in a way no fabric shade can.
